Approach

When working with clients, I utilize a holistic strengths-based approach to foster hope, resiliency, and growth. I find it extremely important to tailor each session to the client, to meet them where they are at, and empower clients as experts in their own journey.

I find my work with children, adolescents, and young adults incredibly rewarding and it brings me joy to support them as they navigate various challenges in their formative years.

In addition to providing psychotherapy, I am also trained in psychological assessment.
