He takes a person-centered and integrative approach to therapy, viewing each client as a unique individual with inherent strengths and capacity for growth. He draws from a variety of therapeutic modalities, including CBT, DBT, attachment-based therapy, play therapy, art therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions. His work emphasizes building emotional awareness, strengthening communication, developing healthy coping skills, and fostering a positive and compassionate sense of self.
